 Tense. Charged. Nervous. Those are the normal moods of contestants on the eve of most high-stakes offshore tournaments. But’s that’s not the case here, where the 11th annual Bisbee’s East Cape Offshore Tournament is poised to get underway. Instead, the atmosphere at today’s registration and captain’s meeting was more like a family reunion. Sure, there was the typical good-natured ribbing between teams.
