With the port being closed on the first tournament&rsquo;s scheduled fishing days due to the arrival of Hurricane Norma and everyone involved being steadfast in wanting two tournaments in which to participate, the Bisbee&rsquo;s organizers came up with a new, quite creative way (many would say) to fulfill these wishes.</p> </div> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </td> </tr> <tr> <td class="m_6671699078464946837mceBlockContainer" valign="top"> <div id="m_6671699078464946837dataBlockId-31" class="m_6671699078464946837mceText"> <p><strong>Rather than outright canceling the Los Cabos Offshore Tournament (LCO), anglers can still participate in it at the same time as the Black &amp; Blue Tournament (B&amp;B).</strong> Yes, anglers may participate in either one or both tournaments simultaneously because the events will occur on the same two fishing days. Unfortunately, several government entities are also making decisions, and with the information available, our best and safest option was to push the schedule back one day.
