<h2>IT'S ALMOST BISBEE TIME!</h2>
<div>Los Cabos Offshore - October 15 - 18, 2020<br />Black &amp; Blue - October 20 - 24, 2020</div>
<p>I hope everyone is doing very well as the tournaments draw near. Both October events are shaping up great, and there&rsquo;s still a ton of fish in Cabo!<br />&nbsp;<br />In the past couple of weeks, Cabo lightened their Covid restrictions one more level and are planning to go even further in the coming weeks. This means that all of the local businesses can operate a bit more freely and they&rsquo;re more than ready to see all of you!<br />&nbsp;<br />We are continuing to work with all of the Mexican government agencies to ensure we have a safe and healthy environment at all of our functions. We&rsquo;ll be filling you in on exactly what this means as we get it all nailed down.<br />&nbsp;</p>

<h3>New Tournament Location:</h3>
For both October tournaments, registration and weigh-ins will take place at the&nbsp;<strong>API Cruise Ship Pier</strong>&nbsp;where we have had the Black &amp; Blue&rsquo;s awards banquet the past few years.&nbsp;<strong>Nothing will take place at the Puerto Paraiso Entertainment Plaza.</strong><br /><br />Registration will take place at the base of the pier and the weigh station is right next to this area on the edge of the malecon. This is actually a much more convenient location than before for you to bring us your winning fish.
