<p>On Friday, August 2, 2o24, the East Cape Offshore fleet crowded the Start Line as Wayne Bisbee</p> <p>counted down the final seconds until the start &ndash;&ldquo;TEN, NINE, EIGHT, SEVEN, SIX, FIVE, FOUR,</p> <p>THREE, TWO, ONE,&rdquo; and the roar of the fleet&rsquo;s engines going full throttle was deafening! Most of</p> <p>&nbsp;the fleet headed south again in search of the winning fish.
